2004 CC Dually tuner ????

I am thinking about adding a tuner for better HP and mpg. prev. posts sugest the SCT Ecall II with custom tunes by matt from LIDiesel Anyone have anything new to add and does anyone know what happened to LI Diesel the phone # does not work anymore
