injectors

I did some searching and couldn't really find what I was looking for.

My question is will injectors from an 05 E350 work with my 03 F350? Engine is a 6.0

Yes but you have to change the set. The Injectors in yours should be c94 and the 05 should be c95. They have different bore and stroke.

C95 are the newest I know of and after looking its the the spring is different in the old style and they are prone to sticking.I thought the bore is different as well but don't have time to find that info right now.
