Front end chatters over road irregularities...

I have new shocks but only on the front, (will be replacing all 4 with Bilstein) the rest of the front end is completely new except for the sway bar end links and sway bar to axle mount bushings but ball joints, tie rod ends etc etc are all new.

When driving a county road near home the front end rattles and dances. I have to correct the direction of travel after going over this slightly bumpy road.

Am I experiencing the sway bar mounts and links being worn?
