97 electronic awd...
stopped and was looking at a police interceptor and saw this aerostar sitting there... electronic awd... hmmm I knew the early awd was the 4.0 with a adl4(same as my explorers) just wonder since this is a 97 would it have the re55 and the borg warner control trac t-case like my old 97 explorer? yes I search not a lot of info or I type it in wrong... build date was 6-97 .....

cool I might go back and drive it as long as it didn't have the 91-94 explorer trann'ys (put in over 5 of them) my 97 explorer never had a problem with the tranny even when I traded it off at 236,000 miles
