van turbo install

anyone have a step by step proceedure on this and a list of parts i will need for swap thx in advance

I was hoping someone would know i just tried to put it on ...you know pms strickes again it worked out on the pedistal with a few grinder modifications however the spider didn't work out just thinkin that one of you guys could point me in the right direction thx

You need to upgrade the up pipes & pedestal on the early 99 models, I would also get a new set of O rings for the pedestal while you have it out. If you plan to gut the EBPV you can get the adapter from Beans Diesel Performance for $95.

BDP Turbo flange adaptor

well what about the spider they don't match up at all the van turbo is way bigger

I think you need the updated spider too...not 100% sure but im about 85% sure

Where ya been Rich?? havent seen you around her latly

Jason has personal experience on the early '99 models. I'de get with him on the details. It can be a little pricey to change the early 99's over or you can go with a drop in turbo like the one that beans diesel performance has.

Early 99 BDP Dominator 66

But if you already have the Van Turbo it sounds like you path is chosen. You'll be happy with the setup once she's complete. I have had the van turbo on now for over 50K miles.
