Simple as long as you have the removal tools, only a little harder without them.
If you have the tools, insert them in the slots (square holes) in the radio, pull outward on the tool, and the radio will come out.
If you don't have the tools, start over by the radio and pull outward on the dash bezel until it pops off. Reach in behind the radio and push in the lock levers on each side, then push the radio out.
If you're installing an aftermarket radio, spend the few bucks for a wiring harness adapter, makes the job 100 times easier.
Mine came with my headunit when I ordered it from Crutchfield. Also, Wally World and Best Buy has them for about $4 bucks. Worth it to find the tool. Takes 2 seconds to pop out. and Chase nailed it on the harness. Do not attempt to cut up the factory plug, what a nightmare to put back together.
