A warning to you guys. Do not order anything from dabears2k.com. I ordered 2 sets of lights in January and they never worked. It took me 7 months to get ahold of him again and return the lights for a refund. Now he has the lights and my money and wont give me a refund. He said he will send the broken lights back to me at my expense or trash them but I will not get a refund. $450 wasted! Beware
Today I spoke with the Apexcone manufacturer of the lights and they told me that these lights do not work well on Fords and that if they do not work that the best advice they could give me was to sell the items on Craigslist. I cant believe that this is happnening.
So now I have nearly $500 worth of lights that dont work properly and they will not refund my money even though they know that they dont work properly. This is the worst display of business ethics I have ever seen.
Did they by any chance say why? I'm not sure what type of lights you're talking about but it seems to me that any brand truck would deliver the same dc voltage to power them???? Sounds like hooey to me. I'd find somebody to send a daily e-mail too until they provide an adequate solution. Also let them know you will inform any potential new customers of your opinion of them through forums like this. Keep after em!!! Good Luck!
BTW if you paid with a credit card you can file a claim with the credit card co to dispute the charges. Once disputed you don't have to pay the amount until it's resolved. I did this recently after approx 4 mos of being told my products were on the way and the full order never materialized. Turns out the vendor must not have contested it and I received full credit. I know you've been going on longer than that but it's worth a try. Yet another reason I try to buy only with a credit card.
Man that would irk the crap out of me. What kind of business won't take a non-functional product back? I just went to their site and there is a phone number and email address. As said above, I'd file a complaint with the BBB...and you must have used a credit card. Call them and see what they can do for you. Or, you can take the low road...there are plenty of websites where you can enter their email address and have a few hundred thousand spam mails sent daily. It's a low-down dirty thing to do...but it might make you feel better. Immature, I know.

You got to do what you got to do right?
Like others have said file with the BBB and credit card company along with the spam email should make them want to do something for you.
Hope you get it worked out and some if not all of your money back!!

Thanks for the support guys. I did already file a claim with the BBB and he has already been informed. My next step is to check with visa and see what they can do. I like the spam email idea tool. Thanks again guys.
