Chris I have Tunes 60 Tow, 80 Econ and 120R. (I'll admit I have not tried the 120 yet)
Was planning on using the 60 tow with the trailer. We do hit some pretty decent hills/climbs when driving up to the Texas Hill country, so that would be a concern on the EGT's I take it the best thing to do is just take your foot off the gas?
I asked Jody about this in an email a while back and he indicated that in the 60hp tow normally runs cooler than stock so I thought I'd be ok on that part.
Yes, the 60 tow is easier on the EGT's. That's how he programs the tune. Tried mine out the other week here in the Colorado Rockies. Worked fabulous but had my eyes on the Pyro during the whole climb. Now, grant it, I was climbing a pretty steep mountain pass (5400 ft to 10,900 ft) and my 60 tow is the high altitude variety. Nevertheless, beg for your gauges and take it easy on the skinny pedal until they are installed. Plus, no need to do 90 mph up the mountain. You'll get there soon enough...
Chris thanks for the input.
Yeah, when I'm pulling the trailer I'm in no race when climbing a hill. Now on a flat road if I've some rice burner in front of me going to slow I don't hesitate to stomp the pedal and get around them.

Yes, It's so funny to see the expression on the ricer's face when you pass them with your trailer in tow and leaving him in the dust and smoke.
