Headlight Switch Question
Is there a trick I'm missing in changing the headlight switch on my 79 F100 ? No problem in disconnecting the harness from the rear of the existing switch. The problem is getting the old switch out of the dash panel ! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated !

1) Press the button on the side of the switch (inside the dash) and pull the **** & shaft out.
2) Use a hook in the notch on the back of the **** to release the **** from the shaft.
Then you just unscrew the sleeve that the shaft went thru to release the switch from the dash.

Headlight Switch Question
Just make sure the battery is disconnected and the switch is in the ON position 1st<> THEN Press on the button and Pull it towards you
Steve ! Can you re-size the diagram by half so a person doesn't have to scroll sideways to read the text,Please?
