what does that mean:
Field service action? Like a recall?
Picked this one up for 19000.00 I could not pass up.
Do I need to take it to the dealership and get the FSA taken care of?
CarFax came back one owner, bought and traded in at same dealership, perfect record and my wife loves it. Already have the windows blacked out looks like an FBI vehicle.

Bigken hate to abuse you but it seems like this is too good a thing to ignore. Looking at an 03 Excursion and need an Oasis report

6/30/04...Reprogrammed PCM
7/14/05...Replaced water seperator assembly
A couple minor recalls performed.

6/2/04...Oil leaks at high pressure oil pump...replaced o ring
11/9/04..Replaced power steering pump
11/17/04...Replaced A/C control head
12/11/07...Replaced cam positioning sensor
There were a few minor repairs also.
That's all!!!

10/9/01...Brakes pulsate...inspect...no report as to what was done
10/9/01...Seatbelt recall
3/8/04...Firestone recall...does not say if tires were replaced or not
It appears as if the speed control deactivation has not been done...you should get this taken care of right away!!! Don't wait!!!

6/28/04...Replaced fuel filter
11/19/04..ABS light on at times...Replaced PCM...reprogrammed...replaced bad speed sensor.
12/22/04...Replaced gauge cluster
12/22/04...Engine bucks...removed intake...replaced knock sensor
3/20/07...Speed control deactivation...installed fused jumper harness
That's all!!!
