I think I'm like others in that I don't know much about this or what to say. Seems that others that have gone through this have posted on the thread that you linked to.
Let us know if we can do anything. You and your family are in our thoughts.

Man, I just don't know what to say. the only advice I have is to let him know he has someone on his side that loves him and needs him here in this world. Talk to the VA hospital, they have become alot more aware of PTSD in the last few years and will be more willing to get him some help.
hang in there bud, our thoughts and prayers are with you.
I read the post a couple of days ago and didn't know what to say. You have our support. Maybe you could invite him to one of our ggs, or go wheelin at tuttle? just a thought that get him in with more good people might help?

Thanks, But right now he is wanting to come home he does have PSTD and it's going to take a while to work out I hope.
Cliff, is he at the hospital on base and can he have visitors? I would be happy to run out there and stop in and visit with him if you think it would help. I'm sure Garden Spyder would do the same thing.
If we can visit, I would be happy to run up there maybe tonight or tomorrow evening. Our family has been through some rough times and I'm always ready to help others to pay back in some small way all the folks that have been there for us over the years. PM me if you like. I think you also have my cell number.
Well a new update. The Dr must be stupid now he is saying that our son can't handle stress. So my wife called Senator Dole office and she handles veterans affairs they are checking into everything and her aide is not happy.
