How do I tell if I have antilock brakes, I went to napa to get some front rotors and they need to know if I 4 wheel anit lock brakes. Just wondering if anyone knew. I have 2000 F-250 2wd PSD.
Here's a picture of the thing the other thread is talking about under the drivers side battery.
It's hidden in there pretty good. You'd have to remove the battery tray and it's tucked up under a plastic flap. You might also just take a look at your brake pads. If the fronts are worn down much more than the back, that's usually a sign of front wheel abs where the fronts do more of the stopping.
Edit: That should have been rear wheel ABS causing the front brakes to do most of the stopping.
