I believe they will still have the breweries right here in the U.S. I think the jobs will still be here. What worries me is with buyouts sometimes come formula changes. I am tempted to learn to make my own beer. To support a U.S. business we can go to the brew pubs.
We should tar and feather the board members of A-B for approving the deal. Its sad that the companys past and heritage means so little to the owners they just sale out like its nothing.

Do it, it's easy. You can make it as simple or as complicated as you want and it's a relatively cheap hobby.
Foriegn owned businesses are costly to the govt. They find ways around the tax laws that a US company cannot benefit from. When a company is foriegn owned, much of the profits go out of the country. Buy outs usually end up severely cutting back on jobs with heavy layoffs, cutting of benefits, etc.
Many of the large farms are foriegn owned, and have found ways to benefit from government hand-outs to farmers. And on and on.......jd
