Most of the state is exempt, Phx and Tuc are the only ones that have to have it done. The guys working there were laughing at me when I was getting it done. I was afraid the engine would blow with how many times I had to red line it. Even my daughter was laughing at me. Truck did great on the test. I put it back into stock so I would smoke them out, good thing I did, thats what they were checking for. I was allowed to have up to 40 of what ever it was and the truck blew a 0. They told me they dont see that every often.
After I was done I pulled in to the parking lot and loaded the tune back on it. I had to roll some coal when I left

I was out on a test drive this morning...glanced in my rearview mirror and watched a Ford Explorer do what it does best...
The right rear tire seperated, the driver over corrected, and slammed into the wall at about 75 mph (in a 55mph zone),
turned 180 degrees and the rear slammed into the wall and bounced along til it stopped about 150 feet further down the road.
I called 911, they transferred me to the state police 911,gave them the location and went back to check on the guy
he is talking to some other people that stopped, he seemed ok. (didnt speak much english)
the other people left, and I went to look at the explorer...about 5 minutes later the police show up
I walk over to tell him what happened, and he asked if it was my truck
I turned and pointed to where the other guy was sitting, and he was gone!
he must have called for someone to pick him up...or jumped the wall and was hiding somewhere.
LUCKILY noone else was involved in the accident...I hope he owned the tr
uck and it wasnt stolen...
never seen anyone run from an accident before, or I would have paid more attention.
well...that ends my exciting Monday!

Damn, sounds like an exciting day. He either had no papers or had warrants out.
