Rear Noise
How do you know when the rear brakes are going bad? My 2000 2.5 XL just started making a rattling chirping noise in the rear mainly when i accelerate,My buddy says his car did the same years ago and said it was rear brakes were going bad.I just changed the front pads last year but didn't touch the rear ones because i thought they lasted alot longer,it has over 93 k on it.

Oh god I didn't want to hear that,I was hoping it be a diy job.The funny thing is when i hit the brakes it never makes a noise just usually when accelerating out from a slow speed in about 2 or 3 gear or maybe 4th.
