r-12 to r-134 conversion? Please help!!

I have an 86 302 with efi. Is it hard to convert to R-134a. What is the process?

They evacuate the system of r12
then they retro-fit new connectors that accept the r-134 then refill it.

The retro-fit kit is about $75.00 here in Canada
