Heating and AC Control
Need someones help! I installed an AC system in my 1982 Ford F150. The pickup never had AC from the factory. Well I installed it and everything worked great until this weekend. To make a long story short, I need The AC/ Heater control unit that fits in the dash. The Vacuum selector valve broke. This unit can be seperated from the main assy and be replaced seperatly or I could use the hole new dash unit. Is there anyone out there that has a spare, or is the anyone that removed their A/C and has this unit inop. I have the orginal dash unit with no AC and is almost new with cables attached and will swap and pick up all shipping costs. I all checked Junk yards in my area and they are all rusted and will not move. If you have one and want to swap or will sell it. How much of a hurry are you in ?
I make regular trips to the wreckers so it wouldn't be too
much trouble to yank one out for you.
For cost,postage,and a small fee for gas.

Thanks for the responce and offer. I went to the Ford Dealer and was I surprized!!!! It was only $40 to replace the unit. I could not p##### that up. Again thanks for the offer. Art:
