Has anyone experienced this issue with an A/c unit on a 04 Excursion.
my A/C stopped and all power to the control panel that controls the fan, temp, heat ect with no power all. In the past, a few days go by and it will work again, I have checked all fuses and they all seem fine, just wondering if anyone has any idea what causes this to happen. My A/C went out this morning and I am concerned that I have a road trip to make next week and will need my A/C.
It's a known issue with some EACT units.
One thing to try next time is turn the headlights on and see if that solves it.
Seems to do the trick for me when mine does that.
One thought I have about it is it could be a network communication issue.
Problem is I can never plan for it to pop up. So I just turn the headlights on
and BINGO!
