I don't have to wear glasses, but find these goggles work best for me, particularly when crawling around under the vehicle. Only down side is that they tend cloud up from condensation when using a respirator.
any reason you want over glasses? The people i know that wear glasses, have them made out of safety glass, 2 in 1 kinda thing, there a lil more expensive, but alot less hassle. I cant say for sure, but seems it would be anyways.
You can get safety glass in regular glasses, which is spendier, but then you'll only be looking through one piece of material.
I used to get them free at work (now retired), and they were as good as any other glasses. For more serious environments we were supposed to use side shields with them. These never worked well with the styles I got ( metal frames), but I think that they work OK with the thicker plastic frames.
I just don't think that you'll ever really be happy with a second piece of material over your eyes. At one time we had to also wear safety glasses similar to the ones that you referenced in some places. No fun at all.
