Engine Light Staying On

I've got a code on my 1996 F-150 (P1351-IDM Circuit Input Fault) the IDM stands for Ignition Diagnostic Monitor and that about all I know. I need help on how to clear it and fix this problem in order to get my inspection sticker.

The IDM signal comes from the TFI module, you may have a bad module or a probelm with the wiring between the module and computer.

Still need a little help. The 96' models only came with a PCM inside the truck I don't think it has any modules under the hood.

The TFI module is mounted to a heat sink on the driver side fender just below the hood spring mount. The 96 should be no different than other 92-95 trucks in that respect.
