dptuner help please...
hey all, wondering if someone can help me out. i just installed my dptuner. i made sure the contacts were especially clean and the truck even starts, but the f5 switch won't come on. i even followed the instructions on accessing and exiting position 0, and still nothing...
any ideas?
i tried calling jody and diane, but it's after hours right now. help! i would like to make sure it's okay to drive tonight. thanks.
oh, it's an early '99 f350 dually by the way, if it makes any difference.

Are you sure it's not coming on? Can you hear any noticeable change in idle RPM when you try and switch programs? Have you checked the contrast setting. If the contrast is to low, you might not see anything.

didn't think about it til i talked to jody. yeah, it is possible to do, even with the slot.
