where is the icp located on a 2004 E-350. I replaced the #1 injector and the engine was running fine for about 10 min. and then it started pouring grey exhust out and running rough and then shut down. I tryed to start the engine , after a few seconds the engine locked up
If I back turn the engine at the crank and then try to start it it will spin and then lock up again.I really need help Its my work truck.

STOP Trying to Start It^^^^^^^^^Its HYDROLOCKING
The ICP is the Least of your problems DO NOT even worrey about it yet
Your Going to Tweek a Piston Wrist pin Assembly and Window the Block and/or Blow the HeadGaskets out of it if you havent already. The wrist pin will wear wrong over time and may BLOW a Rod Threw the Block.
There is a HUGE Amount of force Exerted on the Piston Assembly when a Cylinder Hydrolocks
Now this is Just a Guess But Sounds like the New Injector Didnt get Torqed and seated right and is filling a Cylinder with Fuel
