yah .. in that view ...a newby or a new hire ..I would give a little slack ..but your right ..last guy I worked for would have chewed my butt out ...and docked me the time to correct my stupidity ... guarantee i would not screw up again ...and yah .. time to let him know he is replaceable ... smarten up or move on ...you have too much invested in your company ,equipment ,and reputation to lose it because of a lazy driver ....and yes I still drive ..a small Hino ,couple of Ford Cube vans ..and lusting after a 68 Kenworth Cab over ...

Hi from the Island ...flower's up have been driven back into the ground by the amazing rain we have had ..on the good side I have a half yard of new washed gravel from up the street in my driveway that got washed down so my puddles are gone ..so its a good day ..I'm off to work so stay safe ..I'll check on you later ...
