G`day, we got another 1.5 of rain for a total of 6 inches in the last 5 days at the farm.
How`s BC doing for rain this year Chris?

We have had more than our share Morris. We did have a couple fairly nice weeks but the last few have had showers at some point during the day. Had numerous showers this afternoon. Seems like every time I head outside it showers.
The river here is still a little high. I'd say it's a couple weeks behind where it is normally.

The river running thru Saskatoon is high with warning for people to stay away from it.

That's not good. Ours is high but nothing like it was a few weeks ago. It just seems to be taking a long time to come down.

It`ll be a long while before this river goes down, they have to release the extra water coming in to it from outside of Saskatchewan.

Sounds like not too good of a situation. Ours comes down once the snow in the mountains finishes melting. With the cooler temps this year it's taking a bunch longer.

I don`t know exactly where all this extra river water comes from but it`s a lot! the river is super fast flowing and it`s way too dangerous to be in it.

Around here I don`t know if the fish can swim fast enough to keep up with the water flow!

A couple weeks ago the river here was taking up at least 6' more of shoreline than normal.

I don`t know what it is here but it`s all of that and likely alot more plus the water is really swiftly flowing.
