Evening boys... I leave for a couple days and y'all fill out 2 pages of chit chat... I hate playing ketchup
I agree with the snow Gerry. Anything that shows up now will leave on its own terms. I'm not touching it unless its multiple feet deep.
We went to the Saskatchewan novice bodybuilding competition in Moose Jaw this weekend. Neat event, gives me an idea of what I'll be up against in October.
Have a great evening boys, only 5 days till next Friday
Yes, I am into bodybuilding. I've always used the gym as a bit of a hobby, this year I decided to take things more serious and compete. I'll participate in a novice show in October. I've put on around 30# since January, mostly muscle mass, some fat. In a month or so I'll begin cutting to expose maximum lean mass. As for time...I don't sit around much
Nope, I stay away from those energy drinks. I try to get all my nutrition from real food, only supplement with a protein shake once a day, unless I'm forced to miss a meal, then I will have another shake. Supplements never replace real food. We eat very little to no processed foods, little to no take out/fast foods. Lots of lean meats, chicken, fish, then rice, sweet potato, vegetables, gallons of milk and water, more eggs than I care to admit...lol...
Morning Boys. Our forecast says snow starting at 5:30. Its 5:45 now and looks like it must have been a joke. It is chilly though.
Cowboy...as long as you like her Definitely not the worst thing on two legs, but I wouldn't go crazy for her
Bodybuilding isn't for everyone. I have my reservations about competing, mainly the strict diet towards the end where body fat has to get to the very lowest % possible. Luckily its only for a day, then its back to somewhat of a normal state again.
Anyone do any truck work this weekend? I seen some cool rides cruising around in Moose Jaw yesterday am. Not all Fords, but some well preserved and well restored classics that deserved a nod regardless of brand...
Happy Monday mornin'all. All I did on my truck this weekend was sort parts. Got my garage spiffed up, including suckin up all the spider webs. My wife will a big surprise when she empties the canister. Have a great day guy's.
