To get rid of the butt uggly front end maybe?

I bought a 87 and still have it, never liked that look.

Trucks should never have the bumper part of the body/body line to start with, then add that beveled hood front and you got a big mess.

well to be honest yeah to get out of the ugly nose. but it did look beter with the grill painted . i think it's the only thing that kept me in the truck other than it never gives me a problem. that and I found a truck that was hit in the pillar. my bro wanted the 4 wheel drive for his shorty bed. and i got the front clip off of it . we sold the bed bumper tires and got most of the money back from it so . thats the real reason why.

only small issue i have is the high beams dont seem verry bright and the indicator is on when they are off. we solderd in the extra bulbs off the old harness and added the extra grounds. now bc of the holiday it's kind of at a stand still should of had the bumper today but the yard is playing games and say monday now.!! (really pissed about that) and we need gas for the welder and O2 for the tourch. so now my 4 days off jet wasted and no work on it. while i have to drive the stang in this heat with out a/c as the truck is my daily so I never recharged the stang.

thanks for the complemts guys. I just cant wait to drive the beast again. i miss it. it's parking spot is getting lonley
