Thank you Mark. The spreadsheets are certainly an impressive and almost overwhelming amount of information. It is really fantastic that you make these available as I am sure both will answer many questions. I have lots of learning to do!

I just bought an 07 F350 6.0L Lariat and that information would be invaluable to me with my new truck, seeing as I have heard that there are many problems to look out for. If you get a chance to send that to me it would be much appreciated. brian.cota7@gmail.com

Thanks

Brian

Mark: Tested the truck, air coming from the hpop area, ford tech "Diesel Man" said it is common on 2003's. something about a retainer ball working loose in the hpop. Can the slide and spring be put back in and it threaded and an allen plug placed there with loctite and it work again? 2003 superduty 6.0

They've been sent.

twboggess - I see you put your question in a post (and asked cheezit). Great, because I don't know the answer.

Mark: The thought came to me when I went to the stealership, and was hit with $1800.00 just to replce the pump, beat them down to $700 labor, $566.00 for the pump, read more of your sheets, decided I can do that, came up with a "what If" and decided to post you, you have my respect.
