Stock CD player problem

Hello all,
have a small problem.....2000 F350 CC/SB/SRW with the stock double din am/fm/cd/cassette player. The cd player stopped working, gettin an "EJ Error" & a "NO CD" msgs. Any ideas or info will be greatly appreciated. Oh & I searched the threads and either didn't word it right or I'm just a dumb redneck.

same problem

I have the same problem now. Get EJECT ERROR and it won't spit it out, and won't play. I'm going to try some of what ive read on here to remove it manually, but its a pain in the a##
