Welcome to FTE. You'll need to visit the 6.0 section to request an OASIS report. There's a thread at the top of that section specifically for requesting those. Read the instructions and include all the info they ask for. Someone will get back with you with your OASIS.

4/19/03...Replaced Cam Positioning Sensor
Replaced Power Steering Pump
Replaced accelerator pedal assembly
12/2/03...Machined rotors
Replaced RF brake line
4/15/08...Replaced Cam Positioning Sensor...again
Also noted that tranny fluid overheated and the engine has oil leaks.

It's not unheard of. It's a $30 part you can change yourself in 15 min. so I wouldn't let that part discourage you. Oil leaks aren't too bad either, but overheated tranny fluid is something I would check into.
