Rear Wiper

Many electrical problems. In repair shop today to replace muti directional switch cause headlights didn't work . New ball joints. Cam sensor.

But, mechanic can't get rear wiper to work. Any ideas? Can you put 12 vdc to motor to see if wipers work? Thanks.

Stupid question, but did your mechanic check the rear liftgate glass disable switch?

Per the factory service manual, the switch is located in the liftgate at the latch. It has two wires to it, a black wire and a White/Violet wire.
