Should be okay, but it entirely depends on the width of the tires and the backspacing. Also, you have 20" wheels I'm guessing since 20" tires would look ridiculous.
The stock 20s have 6" backspacing so you will not have any rubbing issues with the fenderwells. However a 37/13.50 tire combined with that backspacing will result in rubbing on the radius arms at near full lock steering. In other words, they will fit but they will limit your steering to some degree.
The stock 20s are 8" wide which is a bit narrow for 37/13.5s but I have seen it done. This combination will have more sidewall flex which makes the steering a bit vague. You will need to keep an eye on air pressure and rotate them often to insure proper tread wear.
