help replacing thermostat
You need a :
Thermostat
Thermostat gasket
Gasket glue unless the gasket has a pre-glued face.
You need to drain the rad at least below level with the water pump.
If the coolant has deteriorated,replace it.
Do a flush & fill.
Once the new thermostat is installed > tighten housing to spec,make sure the drain for rad is plugged and refill to a 50-50 or 60-40 solution.
