The one I like is just outside of South Sioux, but it's still considered a South Sioux City, NE address. We've discovered the property taxes are a little more reasonable if you stay outside of the city limits.

The car stealership fiasco continues... Wifey talked to the head finance guy today. He is sure that they only run credit when there is a serious transaction in the works. I guess Lexus must consider a test drive and 10 minute conversation with a salesman "serious". Jerks. Anyway, he can't find any paperwork authorizing the credit check, so he said he would contact the credit bureau and have the inquiry removed. We're not holding our breath since he seemed to treat my wife like a dumb female. He's messing with the wrong gal on that, she's not known as the budget-**** in our house for being timid on financial dealings!
She filed a dispute with the credit bureau, and registered a complaint with the BBB. The next step will be to contact the State Attorney General since it's obvious the law was broken... My thought is that this probably isn't an isolated incident, we just happened to catch it since we're reviewing our credit history pretty closely before applying for a mortgage.
