shiftING woes
Hi Folks, My Friend Has A 01 F-350 Sd W, 4r100 And 7.3
He Just Installed A 6 Position Ts Performance Tuner,trans Go Valve Body Kit,converter Lock Up Kit,
& A Power Valve Performance Kit
All From Ts Performance.
His Delimma Is He Now Has A Shudder When Shifting From 3rd To 4th Gear And It Also Searches For Gears Back And Forth Between 3rd And 4th
He Says It Only Does It In 100 Or 140 Hp Setting And At Lower Rpms
And Seems To Shift To Soon, Not Staying Up On The Pipe!
Any Ideas Or Thoughts???

I would call TS and ask them. If it didn't do it before the install, it may be something with the program they have written. It could also be a torque converter issue, but usually they show up down low in 1st gear when going from a dead stop. How are his tranny temps since the install?
