Here's a stumper...
I have a '66 F100 with the gas tank behind the seat. That pretty much eliminates behind-the-seat boxes. I was wondering if anybody had ever dared to put two twelves beneath the bench seat in their 64-66 F100. If so, what type of subs and what dimensions on the boxes? I am looking at Vega CV 12s under the seat and Polk 5-1/4 component plates in the doors eventually...

Here's a stumper...
Go to a junk yard and pull a gas tank out of any year camper special. Yank the behind the seat tank and you will have plenty of room. I doubt if you can get enclosures that are big enough for 12's under the seat. Try a couple of 8's and 2 bass transducers! that would take care of it for sure!

Here's a stumper...
I have a 67 ford f-100 and had the same problem...
What i did was i had a custom tank built and placed under the bed of the truck. It gave me enough room to put 3 subs back there. just an idea, for a nice round tune of $700 though.
