fuel line?

hello all, on the right side of the fuel filter housing there are 2 s.s. braded lines going into the heads. is that a high pressure fuel line?

I think you are talking about the lines comming off the HPOP.

I am sure the fuel lines are Solid. I agree with Miller_feed that they are from the HPOP.

We don't have high psi fuel lines. We have high psi oil lines. These lines feed the injectors in order for them to fire.

ok, the one braded one going to the right side is leaking oil, and if it is a hpop line that would make sense.

If it's leaking oil from those lines, you may want to get it fixed soon. When the o-rings on those hoses let go, you'll dump gallons of oil in a matter of minutes, and it will leave you stranded on the side of the road.

As Pocket said, don't put off this leak. It's not just a nagging little leak. You can get the o-rings and the special loc-tite for the fittings here:Replacement O-rings for Diesel Engines

what o-ring kit is it? thanks
is it oil or fuel in them lines, as thier is steel lines on the left side that go?
