need transmission help

ok i have a 1994 f150 ext cab 4x4 5.0l with auto overdrive with ac i need to buy a trans filter kit but not sure what trans i have i found a tag on trans with bar code on it and these numbers F4TP-FA,PRABB2,00011033 AND BD-3K19 i also found a casting number i could barely read some of it but i think its FOTP-700G-0B any help would be apreciated i am also puting a external trans cooler and wondering the best method should i run it in series with the radiator or just run it seperatly which way would help it stay cooler and not trash my trans

Look up at the top of the page that your post is on, you will see a post titled "tech info". Click on that and then on the link to identify your trans. by VIN code or the link to identify by bolt pattern.

run it in series with the radiator coolant tank.

drain the convertor or you are wasting your time.

remove rubber plug and tap ign. key until drain bolt lines up.

man above and beyond duty you guys come thru i love this site i didnt know the converter had a drain plug i was wondering how i was gonna empty it and now i can walk in the part store with the part number
