Shock torque pounds

Does anyone know the foot torque pounds for bilstein front and rear shocks for f250 off hand, thank you. Should I even go by the torque?

I've never torqued a shock bolt or nut. I just tighten them as tight as I can without trying to break them off or strip them.

my 01 4x4 was 74lbs front rear top and bottom if I remember correctly. I first tightened them to the point of being tight with 1/2" wratchet and came back and retorqued with torque wrench. If you get them to being tight they will be within a couple of pounds of required torque.
