Talking Another "Save this truck thread"

Hey guys, my little bro sent me this link on Craig's list for sale. Its near Bowling Green KY. It looks like a steel for a patinaed rat rod look. Check it out if I can make this link work?

The seller says it's 6-volt. Being a '56, wouldn't it be 12-volt?

I'd snag it in a heartbeat if it was closer to me.

Yeah, Blaine, it would be a 12 volt. The guy just dont know any better. Ford went to 12 volt in '56. Hey Walford, I hope you get it. I'd love to have it and even have the money, just not the time or space. I already have so many projects its' pitiful. I've just got to get started on my '56 panel and the unibody. I plan on selling the unibody as soon as I get it done.

Hey Truxx, if Walford doesn't get it, you can buy it and park it at my place for a while.

I'm only an hour or so from Bowling Green, and have plenty of space to park old trucks for a while. Besides, once I get two or three around the place, my wife might not notice if one shows up every so often.

Man oh man; how I wish I could convince the Misses to adopt another truck; thats a very solid looking 56. The price is right as well. It seems the good opportunity come when funds are depleaded....
Hmmm!!!!

No one ever finds a parts truck around here.

I do know where two slant cabs are sitting. There is parts of the frames and parts of the cabs left. All else has been stripped and is long gone. They have been sitting there since '81 that I know of.
