water dripping

so heres my problem went up to sacramento to pick up a falcon truck made the trip like a champ so i went to the store today and its dripping coolant looks like its coming from the waterpump

There's a weep hole in the water pump. When it starts to drip it means it's time for a new water pump.

Yup, What he said. Have to crawl under and confirm it is coming from hole. Or a loose clamp/bad hose.

Make sure you look, because several of us have had a problem with the lower radiator hose, where the the pipe connects to the water pump. You may just need to get some sealant or make a gasket. WHen you crawl under, it will be on your left, while looking up. THe weep hold is dead center of the water pump. Niethger jobs that bad.

If you have to drain the system. Might think about a new t-stat and a s-belt replacement. Good time to tackle these two items as well.

If it is water pump replacement time, here's an article that I bookmarked a while ago that has a step-by-step with pics. Luckily, I haven't had to use it yet but you never know...
