Mine's a regular cab too. I saw there were a couple different "tube" subs that looked like one of the smaller ones would fit behind the seat. I was also looking at the tri-way. Looks to me like a 2-channel amp with tri-way would work good. I'm not sure if you have to purchase it separate from the amp or what. I couldn't find anything about it except in the amp's descriptions.

LAST EDITED ON 30-Apr-01 AT 01:22 AM (EST)[p]The tri-way crossover was about $30. http://www.crutchfield.com/cgi-bin/S-b4Telz3Mriz/ProdView.asp?s=2&c=2&g=727&I=127TM100&o=&a=0 Although it says for tri-way compatiable 2 channel amps, I think there are a few tri-way compatiable 4 channel amps.

I also like sony, but I don't really like their prices.

you really don't need to get a tri-way. A 4ch amp run as 3ch is lot easier to run also less pieces to break or hook up. You could run a 8in solo in a box behind your seat with no problems at all. I have seen 2 12's in a box on a reg cab truck without to much hassle. It's up to you. How good a sound do you want?
