I just paid $135 to have mine replaced. Might not be worth the hasle of removing the old one. It's pretty common for them to break while removing as well.
I agree it is very difficult to remove a windshield without breaking it, especially if it is the original one. But it won't hurt to try, I am pretty sure they are the same windshield.
Takes two people and some piano wire. Drill a small enough hole to feed one end of the wire thru it. Wrap a piece of wood around each end of the wire, and then begin to work the wire around the perimeter of the glass, like a sawing motion. One person in the cab, and one on the outside. It's gonna be messy. Clean away all the old sealer, and apply the new stuff. Be sure to use the primer on the side of the glass where the glue is gonna seal the glass to the body. Also helps a lot to do this where it's warm, for sure. Some places sell a window removal kit.
