hey guys I have a set of 42" swampers that have some dry rot on them. I was wondering is there anything you can put on them to help the tire from cracking anymore.
They dry rot from lack of moister, could soak them down with old motor oil or something that is pertroliom based I would think. However the tire is still weakened at this point and still not very trust worthy.

Yes, go to an RV or big truck store and get tire preserving spray, this is not the same as detailing shiny stuff.
The rubber clad cracks from UV exposure, nothing you can do at this point except slow it down.
On the positive side, these BIAS tires are still probably 100% okay to drive on as long as belts are not showing. Pictures would help, some sidewall cracking is normal.
