Differences in 07 and 08

I currently have a 2008 F250 Reg cab 4x4 V10 and wish I had bought a supercab. I found a 2007 F250 Supercab 4x4 V10 with less miles than I currently have and its a Lariat vs XLT
Can anyone tell me if there is much difference in the drivetrain, engine power, etc. I know the dash and grill and such are different, but is there any mechanical differences.

Drivetrain and engine specs are pretty much the same. I would like to see the v10 a little over 400 hp and around 500 torque but i wont hold my breath.
