level question ?

why does my 03' superduty supecab shortbox lariet FX4 5.4 gasser sit dead level. nothing on the suspension has been touched. i have seen many of the same trucks and they all sit a little progressive. my brothers truck sits progressive but the suspension looks the same. do i have heavier front springs ?

You might- any idea if your truck came with a plow package? Most guys spend $ to get their trucks level, I wouldn't complain!

i believe it has a snow plow prep pkg. and the camper pkg. my friends dad owned the truck from new, and i know he never touched a thing.

the springs are no different than my brothers. rears sit the same but my front sits 1.5 " higher. (same engine)

they don't change the springs they just put in 1.5" spacers

Well there you go. The snow plow prep package is probably why the front is higher than most- so that when you add the weight of the plow the truck isn't dragging its nose.

I have the snow plow package on my 05...with coils and it sits level as well.

trere are no blocks in the front. just the two leaf springs on the axle. must be the plow package or something.

you will never see blocks on the front. they are illeagal. is the other truck a sc short box too? check the b pillar, that will show you spring code. then compare trucks.
