just installed a 2 piece 3" down pipe on a 97 F-250. went in pretty easy, striaght pipe from there back. now i have a terrible noise and some vibration. if you put it to the floor it staightens right out no noise no vibration. any suggestions? got me bumfuzzeld
thank you all the pipe was not rubbing but the clamp between the two pieces had moved up against the tranny, moved it down bout a half inch and viola it was all good, by the way do i need some back pressure on my exhaust?

Your turbocharger will provide all the backpressure you need.
less backpressure behind that = more boost, more power, lower egts...
putting an exhaust on a turbo diesel is different than a gasser...
X2 you don't need any backpressure after the turbo. As a matter of fact you can run a small stack about 3-4 inches right out the top of the hood if you want to.
