Flushed

I don't think you need to flush unless the oil is really really filthy and you can see deposits of gunk under the oil filler cap.

Changing intake and carb won't cause blowby. Flushing won't hurt, but won't cure blowby. Get and engine analysis by a pro. Your probably in need of a rebuild on your motor and your attitude.

i didn't flush the engine but i tried the lucas oil product (it sucks)it made the truck smoke when it never did. i'm taking it to have another oil change today since i just did this 2 weeks ago! i'm looking to rebuilding the engine or getting a create engine after talking to a machanic last month. as far as the attitude it's fine i was just wondering why i hadn't got a response from anyone. anyway enough of that i hope to have the engine project complete before the next deployment so that it can be at the body shop while i'm gone for 6 months. i'll be posting pictures of it later on before the body work. thanks for the advice. PEACE! oh the chevy and mopar guys at work keep telling me that i need a new radiator cap cause this one has a ford under it HATERS!!!

Check out Auto-RX. It's the one thing I'd consider using in my own engine. Otherwise, I'd tell you to use Seafoam and sit back and see what happens.
