trans fitment

hi my name is dustin im new to the f150 world i just bought a 92 f15o with the inline 6 and the automatic overdrive trans what i need to know is if what trans it is and if it will bolt up to a 5.0 any input would be great thank you

it is an e4od.

the six is a good engine.

better then the 302 in these trucks.

Yes it will bolt up to a 302 but you would need a different flexplate if the 302 doesn't already have one.
