Thanks for the greetings, made my day!
I still hope to make the sale.
Just got a call to look at a 89 XLT F250 4x4/7.3 truck that belonged to a real good friend that died fall in a farming accident.
If you get there before I do please give me a call Ryan.
It`s pretty well done Sherm, it`s been parked the last 6 years and it`s probably too far gone, I bought it just as a parts truck.
I always remember Mike driving it, it`s a loaded blk XLT regular cab and it always looked so sharp. The body isn`t too bad on it but the motor was over heating and the front ball joints need replacing. I`m sure there would be a big long list of things needed but it is possible and would be nice to keep it alive. We`ll see once I get it home next week, I couldn`t really tell much as it`s parked in a very small garage.
It was a sweet truck as are the memories of Mike driving it for so many years. He bought it new and he didn`t really have the money necessary to really keep it up. There are lots of items than needed attention by the time he parked it.
