manifold or headers?
where is the best place and cheapest place on the web to get manifolds or headers for my 1993 f 250 351? i already replaced the manifolds once four years ago and passanger side one sounds like crap again. any opinions would help, thanks guys

Personally I would go with shorty headers, because they are better than the manifolds. It depends what you use your truck for though. Manifolds are virtually maintanance free whereas headers require the bolts to be checked every so often. You can get replacement manifolds fairly cheap on ebay. I haven't used them myself, but have seen that several people that use this site have bought them.

Im replacing the manafolds on my 95 5.8 plow truck.
Every exhaust manafold broke off in the head both sides.
I had to take the heads off and had hem rebuilt. You may be in for a bigger job than you think.
Also anyone have any experience usind stainless bolts ??

Stainless fasteners is the ONLY way to go, I'm preparing to take the Flowtech longtubes off my truck after 5 years(pulling the motor), the header gaskets have never leaked.
